I will ensure the property is ready before the photographer arrives. I understand the property will be shot "as-is".
I will ensure no cars are in front of the home, trash bins are put away, all lights are turned on, and all window shades are open.
I understand that any appointment time overage due to the property not being ready will be billed at $60/hr.
I understand Grand Showing requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will incur a $60 same-day cancellation fee.
I understand that drone photos may not be available due to airspace restrictions, in which case the charge will be refunded.
I understand Grand Showing works hard to provide accurate colors, but cannot always guarantee 100% color accuracy due to lighting and weather factors.
