Please ensure the property is ready before the photographer arrives, as the property will be shot "as-is". Please ensure no cars are in front of the home, trash bins are put away, all lights are turned on, and all window shades are open.
*Standard order turn around for photos is within 24-48 hours. For faster turn around times, please add Rush Processing.
Any appointment time overage due to the property not being ready may be billed at $60/hr.
Grand Showing requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may incur a $60 same-day cancellation fee.
*For drone photos, a minimum of 3 business days may be required for FAA authorization. If an appointment is scheduled less than 3 days in advance, and we are unable to obtain FAA authorization, we reserve the right to reschedule the entire shoot pending approval. Alternatively, we can complete the shoot as scheduled without drone photos. If you would like drone photos to be completed at a later date, a surcharge may apply for the additional shoot time.
*Matterport 3D Tour includes 6 months of web hosting. After 6 months, a hosting renewal fee of $30 will apply for an additional 6 months of hosting.
*Property Website includes 12 months of web hosting. Additional hosting time may be purchased as needed for $30 per 12 months.
Grand Showing works hard to provide the most accurate colors, but cannot always guarantee 100% color accuracy due to lighting and weather factors.
